The student’s diary is in the hands of your ward. Its purpose will be best serve only through your active co-operation in all our efforts. Needless to say that we are working towards a common object which can be achieved only through your participation.
While we have an obligation to you and to the society, you too have a special responsibility. Your suggestions are always welcome and occasionally they can help us in removing our shortcomings.
I, therefore, appeal to you to ensure that your child- (i) carries the diary to the School. (ii) comes to the school in the uniform. (iii) is regular and punctual in attendance. (iv) has the necessary equipment. (v) does the assignments as indicated in the calender. (vi) his/her behavior is decent and he follows all the rules and regulations of the school and conducts himself/herself in a disciplined manner.
While I assure you of our best efforts towards the balanced development of your child. I wish to remind you of our limitations also. The child, after all remains only for a few hours with us and for the major period of the day he stays at home. The environment at home and in the society has a vital role to play in shaping and moulding him.
I request your co-operation in this joint venture and assure you of the best we have.
